There was an issue that was quickly resolved (the new paint I was using at the time (and no longer using for obvious reasons) was not adhering well to the glue on the name cut out) which resulted in the names falling off. this issue was resolved immediately and after sending out new ones, they ended up being lost in the mail. so a full refund was issued, immediately. thank you so much for taking the time to read this and still purchase from my small business.
