RETURNS/EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!


LKD does not accept cancellations after 12 hours. 
Once your order has been placed, there is a 12 hour grace period to cancel your order and receive a refund [as long as the item has NOT already been packaged or shipped] please contact me if you have any problems/concerns with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
  • One-Offs

PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ITEMS

ALL CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

Due to the nature of our items-- Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Any changes or cancellations will acquire a cancellation fee. Fee will vary depending on how far along we are in production.

 

PAYMENT:

    • Major credit cards are safely processed through Square.
    • Refunded payments will appear in your account within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
    • If you buy an item then notice a coupon code shortly after your purchase you are committed to the first sale. We can not give out price adjustments, thank you for understanding!
  • YOU HAVE 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO REPORT ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
    We will not be able to fix orders reported to us after this timeline. Please contact us right away.
